Cross Keys Village

We have been contacted and have the opportunity to display there.

From Bren, who visited the facility:

The Art display area is in demand and has had any combination of options. Single Artist display, multiple artists or general submissions.  It has good walk-through traffic.

Quality and price level of existing pieces on display was above average.

The general area that houses the art display and amenities of the community center complex are definitely upscale. Mary Schultz has sold pieces there in the past.

The group decided to display there from April 1 through mid-May.

Sign-up sheet was passed and most slots were filled.  Contact Bren Kindelsperger to sign up.

We will collect the art pieces at YAA during the last week of March.  Bren, Linda Williard, and Phil Redman volunteered to take the pieces to Cross Keys and hang the exhibit.  At the end of the exhibit, the procedure will reverse.

Phil Redman showed the group 2 pieces of his work, one of which was a work in progress.  Comments and discussion followed on how pieces like his might fit the theme of the Musical Expressions of Color exhibit, and ideas for others tossed around.

Meeting adjourned at 1:35
