JCC

JCC sale procedure.

The artist is notified directly by the buyer from the information on the sale tag attached to the display piece,

The procedure is whenever the artist closes with customer, (which is arranged by the seller directly with the buyer.}, the artist should write a check to The York Jewish Community Center for 18% of the final selling price.

You give that check to Rachel Singer at JCC. If she is not there when you are, give the check, (in an envelope To the attention of Rachel Singer) to the front desk, and they will get it to her.

JCC will send you a letter thanking you for the sale, that you can use as a tax receipt. For that, I need you to email me your mailing address. (b.kindelsperger@aol.com)

After the sale, I will also need you to send me the final selling price and the amount of JCC commission you paid (I have to keep summary reports)
The last thing is you should send an e mail to Linda Williard  informing her of the sale. If you have a photo of the sale piece, enclose that also, so she can enter that into the YAA blog
 williard.art@gmail.com

I would like you to replace the piece you sell. If you would hang it in the same location and send me the title of the new piece and the price.

The percentage due for the sale and the procedure to attain the sale receipt letter apply only for Jewish Community Center sales.
