Ÿ         Martin Foot and Ankle; Shiloh location, 2069 Carlisle Road, York, 17408 (north of Rte 30; can park in restaurant):  Joanne Bast, coordinator (BYOA) ( next switchout April 5, 10-11am) 15-20 pieces No commission.

Ÿ         Martin Foot and Ankle: Pleasant Valley Road (behind Galleria) Kay Koehler, Katie Dinkel, coordinators (next switchout mid April:  watch blog for date & time) (BYOA) 9 pieces, no larger than 18x24, general – landscapes, still lifes, etc., no commision

OLD/NEW BUSINESS:

·         Linda Buckwalter manages the blog.  Consensus was that to have the blog on YAA’s website makes sense.   www.yaagallerygroup.blogspot.com  Carol Little will look into a release form for pictures of exhibits at our venues, in compliance with YAA policy.

·         We will be looking at a Facebook offering to present to YAA board for approval. Linda will manage this, and Carol Little will contact Becky Sanstead to get this on the agenda for Tuesday’s board meeting.

·         exhibit at Handsome Cab:    Judy Orcutt contacted her, no definite outcome.

·         Sally Little Danyo Gallery:  Gallery Group will exhibit April 9-May 6.  Tina Mostov volunteered to hang this, Rosa Luz Catteral will assist.  Other dates available are July 23-Aug 19, Sept 17-Oct 21 – see Jessica Lee for applications

·         At suggestion of Kelly Pedersen, Carol Little will email the GG guidelines to all members

·         Note:  Art work that is exhibited by the Gallery Group is to be original, not prints of the original artwork.  Also, when removing sold art, first contact the coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
