Watchmakers Daughter: Carol Little: November was very successful –see sales above
Do we want to schedule more of these nights? There was agreement that it should be limited
to 4 artists, which means $20/artist for rent.
Carol will contact them to see if 1st Fridays in April or
May, Nov, December, and Small Business Saturday (Thanksgiving weekend) are
available.
New Business:

Plan for December holiday party: December 13, starting at NOON, with a covered dish lunch Kathy Becker will organize the game again
this year. Bring a covered dish to
share, and a “whilte elephant” item from your closet of re-giftables, stylishly
wrapped to disguise its true nature.

Kay Kohler looked
into Ryan Center for the Arts, on
Belmont Avenue, across from Belmont Theater,
as a possible venue. Good space if owner installs hanging system. It
would be a rental,, $5/ per art piece with a 10% commission as well. Owner would provide refreshments for an
opening reception, which we might be able to coordinate with Belmont
Theatre. Kay and Rosie Starr will
continue to investigate this after the first of the new year.

Judy Orcutt has a box of 16 x 20 glass (11 pieces)

Linda Buckwalter Williard, labuckwalter@gmail.com, blog administrator: please send her any potential post information/pictures regarding venues. Blog can be used for any news of sales, or perhaps interesting galleries to visit, to organize a trip to a museum exhibit, calls for artists for future exhibits, etc.

Tags: Coordinators should indicate whether tags should be bottom or right side hang. Tags should be highlighted for either see attendant or contact the artist.

Note: Art work that is exhibited by the Gallery Group is to be original, not prints of the original artwork.
When removing sold art, first contact the coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
