Participating GG artists are encouraged to attend. We will be coordinating publicity with the JCC. (Unfortunately, there might not be a Brushstrokes before this exhibit, so please do all you can to spread the word.)

Blog can be used for any news of sales, or perhaps interesting galleries to visit, to organize a trip to a museum exhibit, calls for artists for future exhibits, etc.
Facebook administrator: Jan Ivers submits posts to the office, who are supposed to take care of seeing that they are posted.
Tags: Coordinators should indicate whether tags should be bottom or right side hang. Tags should be highlighted for either see attendant or contact the artist.
Reminder: Gallery Group User Site: location – 2nd computer in office; YAA-GG; documents available (e.g. tags, exhibit templates guidelines, etc.)
Note: Art work that is exhibited by the Gallery Group is to be original, not prints of the original artwork.
When removing sold art, first contact the coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
