Moores, who coordinated a very successful afternoon. We had 3 tables, and Mary worked in pastels
on an easel. About 6 sales on a terrible
weather day. They want to do it again in
spring or summer.
Other possible venues: Pat Teller volunteered to contact Small Star
Theater
New Business: Roster update for 2019, sheets passed around for edits, new list
will come via email in Word format so that you can add new names as they come
in.
Carol
Little still needs help: currently coordinates 2 venues & runs meetings. Needs someone to take over Janney venue. It would also help to have a secretary
who would keep the roster, and take minutes and distribute them via email. Bren Kindelsperger has volunteered to run
meetings in summer.

administrator: please send her any potential post information/pictures
regarding venues. Blog can be used for any news of sales, or perhaps
interesting galleries to visit, to organize a trip to a museum exhibit, calls
for artists for future exhibits, etc.

Tags: Coordinators should indicate whether tags
should be bottom or right side hang. Tags
should be highlighted for either see attendant or contact the artist.

Group is to be original, not prints of the original artwork.

first contact the coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
