• No later than JULY 17 th I need the title of each piece and the selling price.

For this exhibit we have been requested to show the selling price with the 6% tax included in the selling price and the words " Tax Included" on your display tag.

The reason I need that information by July 17th is that I have to supply that to the Cross Keys event coordinator. She will prepare a listing that will be circulated among the Cross Keys residents as advance publicity.

Contact Bren to deliver your work either to the YAA or to Cross Keys, whichever is closer for you.

Note:  Art work that is exhibited by the Gallery Group is to be original, not prints of the original artwork.  

When removing sold art, first contact the coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
