1. Saturday 10/19 is the last day for the exhibit Crossing Borders: Vecinos en La Nueva America at Marketview Arts. Don’t miss your last chance to see some impressive artwork by local Latino youth, fellow Latino artists from York and internationally recognized Latino artists. This was cocurated by Rosa Luz Catterall, Mathew Clay-Robison and Joaquin Calles Guzman.
2. Talus Therapeutic Salon had another sale by Beth Fowler. Congratulations Beth!
3. Recently, the Belmont Bean Co. and the Ryan Center for the Arts had their grand opening. It’s located at 18 South Belmont St. across the Belmont Theatre. Great coffee and beautiful ambiance. The owner, Holly Lanteigne- Marrow gave me a tour of her impressive space which was designed and created by her. It may be a great venue for the Gallery Group if anybody is interested in following up and discussing the idea with Holly.
