to help set up, anytime after 1:00 pm
We will have as many tables as needed on which
to display, so smaller pieces on easels will work
well. Mary will bring stands for
larger pieces as well. This is an
open house for visitors as well as independent living residents. Wine and cheese will be served, and artists
are welcome to stay, chat with admirers, etc.

New Business: Roster update for 2019, sheets passed around for edits, new list
will come via email in Word format so that you can add new names as they come
in.
Jane
Leinbach asked for help in hanging a group of pictures at her church,
willing to pay a handyman. Call her with
suggestions.
Carol
Little asked for help: currently coordinates 2 venues & runs meetings. Needs someone to take over Janney venue,
someone to run meetings over the summer.
Continuing
business:

administrator: please send her any potential post information/pictures
regarding venues. Blog can be used for any news of sales, or perhaps
interesting galleries to visit, to organize a trip to a museum exhibit, calls
for artists for future exhibits, etc.

Tags: Coordinators should indicate whether tags
should be bottom or right side hang. Tags
should be highlighted for either see attendant or contact the artist.
