Review of policy: The coordinator must be contacted if the piece of art is to be removed
as the coordinator needs to have an accurate record of what art is at their
venue. I knew what she was getting at so I said that GG and YAA have had
a policy in place for many years that the artist can have the check made out to
YAA who will then take 10% for processing costs and also pay the sales tax. This is for the artist who does not have a sales

There was some confusion about having
the GG group put their art work at the Glen Rock Library in July. No one
at the meeting was aware of this and so, Ginny Fitz volunteered to check out
what is going on so that the GG doesn’t get a bad rap for not showing up.

exhibit templates guidelines, etc.)

Note: Art
work that is exhibited by the Gallery Group is to be original, not prints
of the original artwork.

When removing sold art, first contact the
coordinator to make arrangements for a replacement.
